Creating a new user on Analyser anywhere is quite straightforward for the administrative (Analyst/Team Ops) team to work through for a given region.
- Logging into portal (https://analyzer.cricket.com.au/)
- Navigate to - People > Click "New"
- Work through new user interface
Groups - Should be aligned to Region & program (team)
Time spans - Gold standard is to align access to June 30 of
Roles - Users will need a role based needs, below are the role types
Role | Description of permissions |
| Team Ops/Admins | Ability to add new users to the system & allocate to relevant groups |
| Analyst | Ability to upload/share video & data content & control users on portal |
| Coaches | Ability to upload/share/view video & data content |
| Support Staff | Ability to view video & data content |
| Athletes | Ability to view video & data content |
*Note that Umpire & Match official roles will differ, this will be updated in due course
Identify Provider
- EntraID is preferred for all staff who have Australian Cricket emails
- Username/Password for players or contractors
- Click Add/Update - Then user should be setup
