Cutting Live with CSV

Requirements

• CSV file generated from Data Warehouse
• M3U8 link
• Time of first delivery of the day

Process

• Run video_cut_live
• Select CSV
• Enter M3U8 link
• Add seconds from first event 
  
• Add filename suffix if you want to output to a different angle
• Click Extract All
• Videos will output with full Analyzer structure 
  

Auto-Monitor

• This will look out for any change to the CSV such as running it again with more data
• Will run automatically if new lines are detected, so run your query again when more deliveries have happened and save as the same CSV

Adjustments

• If the timing isn’t right, you can make adjustments to the start or the length on individual clips or on groups. 
• This is retained even when new data is added
• Click Push Adjustments to re-clip these files

Cutting Live with Direct SQL Query

Requirements

• Query that generates the right CSV (should be producing more data through the day)
• M3U8 link for the day, and the time of the first delivery of the day

Process

• Enter name for new CSV and enter SQL query
• Test Connection – should use your Entra log in
• Fetch Data and verify that data goes to the panel on the right
• Enter M3U8 link and how many seconds into the video the first event happens
• Put a file path to output videos to – location on PC if loading later, Analyzer video path if you want to use AAI CC 
  
• Extract All

Auto-Monitor

• Auto monitor will run that same query once per minute (until stopped) and will output to the same CSV each time
• This should produce more lines through the day, provided data is flowing into the data warehouse
• Adjustments remain even when new CSVs are used – they are stored in a separate CSV
