Coder Checklist - Match Day Duties

Pre Match

• Indication they are coding the match (within 12 hours of match)

Within 30 minutes of match

• Coder to add players to match and in system
• Communicate to Reviewer confirming connection to receiver is complete and Incoming Feeds (Opta/Collab Coding/Hawkeye) is enabled where applicable.

During Match

• Code the match as per the Cricket Australia Coding Standards - ensure data & video capture requirements are meet
• Communicate any technical issues or coding corrections from their end or enquires of coding standards to Reviewer
• Conducting relevant health checks between breaks or days in play - ensure in match data is to required standards.

Post Match

• Coder to confirm coding accuracy by comparing the Fair Play scorecard with the CricInfo scorecard and correct any discrepancies. 
• Coder to complete clean health check – post match 1 hour (photo) 
• Coder to Mark all missing clips. 
• Coder to share the Final Txt File via WhatsApp. 
• Coder to upload vision to Azure.
