Installation

1. Ensure computer specs are up to the standards - below are some of the actions to consider.

• Ensure NVIDIA cuda drivers are installed with version 456.38 or higher.
• This can be checked by double clicking on the file Run NVIDIASMI.bat inside the

CricketAI folder

•  The current driver version is shown near the top and will look something like this:
  • If the number is larger than 456.38, then all is good.
  • Otherwise you will need to upgrade the NVIDIA GPU drivers.

2. Tech Support - Request an version of the most recent Athlete AI be installed to on computer

This can be done 1 of 2 ways - Company Portal or Manual Install

Company Portal

• From July 2025 CricketAI (AthleteAI) will be available to be downloaded from the company portal.
• You will need to raise a support ticket asking for you to be added (AC 2025 Analysts should be added), which you will then be able to download

Manual Install

• Note this will need to be a manual install and will need admin credentials
• Unzip file > Double click MSI file > Choose Typical installation

• Once you click on the AthleteAI Application you will be taken to a black  screen
